At present,aluminum alloy refining technology is mainly based on flux refining in furnace and foam ceramic filtration outside furnace.White smoke and dust containing Cl and F are produced in the purification process of aluminium melt flux,which is harmful to atmosphere,human body and equipment.Especially the harmful slag containing Cl.F produced by flux refining,which pollutes the environment more seriously,can cause the death of crops,flowers,grass and trees around after rain,and pollute the air and water resources.
